Refunds for eligible returns will be made for the value of the products only and a deduction will be made for original postage and packaging costs for all orders, including ones offered with free delivery.
Should there be the need for you to reports, return or exchange an item be it incorrect, faulty/damaged or unwanted please follow the relevant procedure below.
Report my order is incorrect
In the rare instance you have incorrect or missing items please follow the procedure below
- Please check your email confirmation to see what items were ordered.
- Please check the paperwork sent with your order, as this will detail everything we have sent you and what is to follow.
- If any items are out of stock, to avoid delaying the whole order, we may dispatch item we have in stock and send the others on later.
- Please remove all packaging to confirm the item is not at the bottom of the parcel.
If the item is definitely missing, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours on +44 (0)161 969 5800 or email us at email@example.com and have your order number ready.
Report the item I have received are damaged or faulty
Should there be the rare instance when the goods you receive are damaged or faulty;
YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR GOODS.
Please contact our Customer Services team at firstname.lastname@example.org or on 0161 969 5800 and have your order number ready. Once we have investigated and logged your order, please return the item for an exchange as below. An exchange will be sent out immediately on receipt of the faulty item.
Returning items for any reason
- Please indicate a reason for the return and confirm whether you would like an exchange or refund.

- When returning items, we recommend you send them via the Post Office, recorded delivery insured to the correct amount and retain a proof of postage.
- All returns are subject to the terms listed below.
A refund will only be approved and processed if the following are valid:
- Products are returned in full, unsused and with the original packaging
- All item are returned in a condition acceptable for resale
- Products are returned within 7 days of receipt only
Products/Orders that will NOT be refunded if
- If they are marked in any way
- Are returned in a condition unsuitable for re-sale
- Products are not returned strictly within the 7 day guarantee
- Are pierced earrings or navel jewellery including jewellery sets, due to hygiene reasons inline with the British Jewelelry Association.
- Are a SALE or reduced priced item, only an exchange will be available.
We aim to refund all debited funds within 7 working days of receiving any returned goods and conform to the terms above, however please allow up to maximum of 30 days.
