1. How much do you charge for delivery of my order?
We have various delivery options for UK, Europe & Rest of the World delivery, so please view our Delivery page.
2. Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to the UK, EIRE, Europe and The Rest Of The World subject to a satisafctory and authorised delivery address being provided.
3. How long will it take to get my order?
We will endeavor to dispatch your order within 48 hours. Standard First Class Delivery should arrive with you within 1-2 days but please allow up to 5 days. Special delivery is guaranteed next day delivery if ordered before 2pm. International delivery timescales are subject to delivery service chosen. All delivery times are estimates and the full responsbility of the delivery service provider chosen.
4. I can’t find what I’m looking for or need a particular item, can anyone help me?

5. My order is incorrect ?
In the rare instance you have incorrect or missing items please follow the procedure below and contact us if necessary
- Please check your email confirmation to see what items were ordered.
- Please check the paperwork sent with your order, as this will detail everything we have sent you and what is to follow, if anything.
- If any items are out of stock, to avoid delaying the whole order, we may dispatch item we have in stock and send the others on later.
- Please remove all packaging to confirm the item is not at the bottom of the parcel.

6. How do I report the items I have received are damaged or faulty ?
Should there be the rare instance when the goods you receive are damaged or faulty; you
MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR GOODS.
7. Late/Lost Deliveries
In the un-likely event of a non-delivery after 5-7 days and you have had no notification from our team, please contact our Customer Services team at email@example.com or on 0161 969 5800 to report a lost/late delivery . We keep proof of all orders despatched and we can usually locate your order using these details. We can only replace or refund the order only after 20 working days after which the Post Office classifies the parcel as lost and eligible for our insurance scheme.
